At Saffique, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased from our categories: Sweaters & Knits, Blouses & Shirts, Outerwear, and Bottoms.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, or any item that has been worn, altered, washed, or is damaged due to customer mishandling.
Return Process
- Contact Our Support Team: To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable protective box. Please include the RA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address we provide in our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
