Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic: 5-7 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to the address provided during checkout. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Saffique is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping charges will apply.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authorities. We cannot predict or control these fees.
