Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund to the original payment method.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• A proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as final sale merchandise, personalized items, or damaged goods (not due to transit) may not be eligible for return.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
